Well Located's rental property search is completely flexible. We tailor our level of help to suit your needs and budget.

Our Fees

Our services start from just:

750 NZD (£350 Sterling) for us to view up to five properties selected by you. We will carry out full internal/external inspections and report back to you by email and answer any specific queries you may have.
Remember - a property may look good on the web but only an internal inspection can tell if its damp, cold, dark, multi-occupancy building, next to a motorway or building site etc.

Fees are flexible based on the level of assistance and number of viewings/reports that you require.

All of our other services are based on hourly rates. Please drop us a line, we're over here and happy to answer any questions or doubts you may have about moving to Wellington.

Payment is preferred by bank transfer on completion of our report to either our NZ or UK bank.
